Every order is packed by hand and shipped from our home base in Gloucester, Massachusetts. Here is exactly what happens after you click checkout.
Order Processing
Printed books and apparel are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will get a second email with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves us.
Delivery Times
Once shipped, most US orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days depending on the service selected at checkout. Busy periods such as the run-up to Christmas can add a few days, so please order early if a book is meant to be a gift.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the service you choose, so you always see the exact cost before you pay. There are no handling fees and no surprises after checkout.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States. If you are outside the US and would like a book posted to you, email us at support@adventuresofscubajack.com and we will let you know what we can arrange.
Digital Workbooks
Our printable activity workbooks and flash cards are instant downloads. Nothing is posted, no shipping is charged, and your download link arrives by email the moment your payment clears. Print them as many times as you like at home or in the classroom.
Damaged Or Lost Parcels
Please check your parcel as soon as it arrives. If a book turns up damaged in transit, send us a photo at support@adventuresofscubajack.com with your order number and we will replace it. If tracking shows delivered but nothing has arrived, contact us and we will chase the carrier with you.
Wrong Address
Please double check your shipping address before you place your order. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away with your name and order number and we will do our best to correct it before the parcel leaves.
