We want every book to be loved. If something is not right, The Adventures of Scuba Jack offers a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unread or unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
How To Start A Return
Email us at support@adventuresofscubajack.com with your name, order number and a short note about what went wrong. If your return is accepted we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.
Damages And Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered. A photo helps us sort it out quickly, and we will replace or refund it.
Digital Downloads
Printable workbooks and flash cards are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once the download link has been opened. If a file will not open or download, contact us and we will fix it or refund you.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on gift cards or on sale items. Please get in touch if you have a question about a specific item before you order.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the title you actually wanted is to return the book you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new one.
Refunds
We will let you know once we have received and inspected your return, and whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will be refunded automatically on your original payment method. Please allow a little time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
